Please note that in light of the substantive nature of the provisional agenda of the sixty-sixth session of the Evaluation Committee and the proximity of its provisionally scheduled date to other corporate commitments, the Evaluation Committee will hold its sixty-sixth session on Thursday, 3 March 2011 rather than 25 February 2011, at IFAD headquarters, Via Paolo di Dono 44, Rome. The session will be held in the Oval Room (S-120) and will open at 9 a.m.

Further to the invitation of 22 November 2010 from the President of IFAD, and the letter from the Secretary of 17 December 2010 addressed to all Governors of the Fund, Member States that have not already done so are kindly reminded to send the complete list of their respective delegation to the above-mentioned session (Governor, Alternate Governor and Advisers) not later than 4 February 2011 (e-mail: gc2011-secretariat@ifad.org) Additional details regarding the session can be found on IFAD’s website (www.ifad.org).
