Lapse Of Time
In accordance with rule 24 of the Rules of Procedure of the Executive Board, the following proposals are being posted today for consideration under the lapse-of time procedure on IFAD’s Member States Interactive Platform and on IFAD’s public website.
President’s reports:
Lao People’s Democratic Republic: Linking Enterprises, Agriculture and Development for Green Growth (LEAD) Project
Proposed global/regional grants:
Proposed regional grant to the Southeast Asia One Health University Network for the Livestock and Communities for One Health in the Mekong Region (LIVECOM)
Proposed regional grant to the German Sparkassenstiftung for International Cooperation for Scale Up Agtech and Fintech Solutions within IFAD’s portfolio (Innovatech NEN)
Proposed global/regional grant to the International Labour Organization (ILO) for the Accelerating Decent Employment for Rural Youth: Scaling Up Phase of the Integrated Agribusiness Hubs Programme (ABH) in Sri Lanka and Zambia
In accordance with rule 24, requests for consideration of these proposals at a regular session of the Executive Board should be submitted by the authorized Executive Board representative, via e-mail to the Office of the Secretary at gms@ifad.org, no later than 9 July 2026.

Distinguished Representatives,
As we finalize preparations for the 133rd session of the Evaluation Committee scheduled on Thursday, 18 June, from 10.a.m. to 5.15 p.m. (Rome time), we would like to kindly remind representatives who have not already done so to please confirm their attendance as soon as possible (e-mail: gms@ifad.org).
We seize the opportunity to kindly request Distinguished Representatives to send prepared statements to the Secretariat in advance, so that they can be shared with the interpreters to ensure accurate interpretation. The statements will be used only as a basis for interpretation against delivery. Please forward the statements to conferencestaff@ifad.org and gms@ifad.org.
