Lapse Of Time
Reference is made to the following proposal:President’s report for the Republic of Costa Rica: Programme for Sustainable and Competitive Agriculture in Costa Rica (CSMART), submitted for your approval through the lapse-of-time (LOT) procedure.We have received a request from an Executive Board Representative to discuss the said proposal at the forthcoming 144th session of the Executive Board. In accordance with the LOT procedure contained in document EB 2019/126/R.48/Rev.2 approved by the Board at its 126th session, this proposal will now be discussed at said Board session. Consequently, the proposal will be moved from the LOT page to the EB 144 page on the Member States Interactive Platform.
