    In accordance with rule 24 of the Rules of Procedure of the Executive Board, the following proposal is being posted today for consideration under the lapse-of‑time procedure on IFAD’s Member States Interactive Platform and on IFAD’s public website.

    President’s memorandum:

      Republic of Angola: Smallholder Agriculture Development and Commercialization Project in Cuanza Sul and Huila Provinces (SADCP-C&H-SAMAP)

     In accordance with rule 24, requests for consideration of this proposal at a regular session of the Executive Board should be submitted by the authorized Executive Board representative, via e-mail to the Office of the Secretary at igmr@ifad.org, no later than 2 January 2025.
