133rd session of the Evaluation Committee
Distinguished Representatives,
As we finalize preparations for the 133rd session of the Evaluation Committee scheduled on Thursday, 18 June, from 10.a.m. to 5.15 p.m. (Rome time), we would like to kindly remind representatives who have not already done so to please confirm their attendance as soon as possible (e-mail: gms@ifad.org).
We seize the opportunity to kindly request Distinguished Representatives to send prepared statements to the Secretariat in advance, so that they can be shared with the interpreters to ensure accurate interpretation. The statements will be used only as a basis for interpretation against delivery. Please forward the statements to conferencestaff@ifad.org and gms@ifad.org.
