Appointment of Associate Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Controller, ad interim, Financial Operations Department
IFAD is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Mikio Kashiwagi, a national of Japan, as Associate Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Controller, ad interim, Financial Operations Department. Mr Kashiwagi will join IFAD on 1 October 2016.
Before his retirement from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in 2014, Mr Kashiwagi served as Treasurer of the Bank for over 10 years. Prior to joining the ADB, Mr Kashiwagi worked extensively in the private sector, in Tokyo, Zurich and London, focusing on corporate banking, market trading/dealing, and asset and risk management.
