Distinguished Governors,

As noted in the invitation letter dated 27 March 2026, the deadline for communicating delegations to the First session of the Consultation on the Fourteenth Replenishment of IFAD’s Resources was Thursday, 30 April. Member States who have not already done so are kindly reminded to confirm their participation to the Office of the Secretary, by email to gms@ifad.org, as soon as possible.

We take this opportunity to inform delegates that in the Italian Conference Room (S-105), where the session will be held, one seat at the conference table and one seat behind it are provided for each delegation to accommodate the head of delegation and his/her adviser. Additional delegates may follow the proceedings from the salle d’écoute (Oval Room [S-120])

You are also kindly reminded of the Lists meetings with the IFAD14 Chair, scheduled for Thursday, 7 May 2026:

List C: 9:00-9:30 (Oval Room)

List A: 9:40-10:10 (Italian Room)

List B: 10:20-10:50 (Oval Room)
