Seventh Biannual Permanent Representatives Meeting in Rome, 31 October 2014 – useful information

The Seventh Biannual Permanent Representatives Meeting has been scheduled for Friday, 31 October from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. Delegates attending the Seventh Biannual Permanent Meeting in Rome may be dropped off in front of the headquarters’ main entrance. A limited number of parking spaces will be reserved for delegates in Via Paolo di Dono 44, in addition to parking spaces in Via Paolo di Dono 90, the external parking lot at the rear of the building, on a first-come first-served basis; a security guard will be available for assistance throughout the meeting. Interpretation will be provided at the meeting.
