    Please note that eligibility of former representatives of Member States on the IFAD Executive Board, who ceased their responsibilities as such and wish to seek, apply for or take up any appointment as IFAD staff may do so only after a six-month period has elapsed after the effective date of cessation of such responsibilities.  

    Member States are encouraged to circulate this vacancy announcement to qualified nationals, particularly women candidates.
