  • As requested by the Office of G77 + China, we are pleased to share with you the following message:

    The office of the G77 + China, Rome Chapter, has the great pleasure of introducing H.E. Ms Gladys Urbaneja, Ambassador of the Republic of Venezuela to FAO, as the incoming G77 + China Chairperson for the year 2012. 

    A great number of G77 + China Members participated in the traditional handover ceremony held on 11 January 2012, expressing their support for the incumbent Chair and praising the outgoing Chairperson, H.E. Hassan Abouyoub, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to FAO.
