IFAD Mango application
Distinguished Representatives,
The Office of the Secretary is pleased to draw your attention to IFAD Mango – IFAD’s Meeting Application for Networking on Governance. The app allows representatives to access documentation and information related to IFAD’s meetings and events, including accessing the meeting calendar and IFAD’s social media. The app also allows users to search, download and annotate documents.
You are encouraged to use the application on your personal devices, by downloading it for iOS and Android.

Gentle Reminder: Approval through vote by correspondence – Concessional Partner Loan Agreement with the Republic of India to Support the IFAD12 Programme of Loans and Grants
Distinguished Executive Board representatives,
Further to our communication dated 26 January 2022, this is a gentle reminder regarding the call for a vote by correspondence to consider document EB 2022/VBC/1 and the recommendation contained therein.
A written reply, specifying the vote cast (“yes”, “no” or “abstain”) should be submitted by midnight (Rome time), Friday, 4 February 2022.

We are pleased to inform you that the Project Procurement Guidelines (EB 2019/128/R.40) approved in December 2019, are now available on IFAD’s Member States Interactive Platform and on IFAD’s public website. Your attention is kindly drawn to a slight modification to paragraph 20, as follows – additional text is underlined:
“Competition for the procurement of goods, works and services is normally sought through a competitive bidding process, which should be conducted through an agreed5 procurement method involving at least three separate6 suppliers or contractors, if this is not attainable a justification should be provided and approved by IFAD”.The Project Procurement Guidelines may be viewed at the following links:(Arabic) (English) (French) (Spanish)
