Deadline for statements by Governors - Friday, 9 February 2018

Governors, heads of delegation or other representatives of Member States wishing to submit a written or video-recorded statement at the Governing Council session are requested to notify the Secretary of IFAD, via the Country Statements Desk (countrystatements@ifad.org), of their intention to do so by close of business (Rome time) Friday, 9 February 2018 at the latest.

To maximize the efficient use of time and ensure that all Members have equal opportunity to intervene, we kindly remind delegates that interventions during business items should be limited to 4 minutes. To facilitate time-keeping, a countdown clock will indicate when the time limit has been reached.
